Black Magic take great time in selecting the right equipment and products. If your item is faulty within the first 14 days we will replace it for you or offer you a refund. After this time your item will need to be sent back to our HQ for repair. If anything happens to any equipment within the first 30 days we will pay for the cost of the postage back Australia ONLY. Overseas orders please email

Shipping Your Order

Your order will be picked and packed the very next business day that you have placed your order. When you pay for your order we will send you a confirmation email offering you some choices in shipping. Depending on the size of your order and where you live can determine how soon you can have your order. Times frames for deliveries should be as follows 

Next business day in Sydney and metro, Melbourne and Brisbane and Adelaide for bulky items. Up to 4-5 business days for other locations.

Satchels that can be air freighted are next business day in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane Adelaide and Perth. Other areas are 1-3 days hower most satchel orders should arrive within 4 business days. Remote areas can be longer. Satchels can only hold a maxium of 5kgs and are restricted to size also. 

We suggest that a work address be supplied for a fast and efficent delivery time, if a authority to leave is offered and the item goes missing this relinquishes the delivery company and Black Magic Concepts of any responsibilty. 

Faulty Equipment

Do not send back any items that you consider faulty until you have spoken to a representative of Black Magic, most faults can be rectified by talking to one of our staff members. If you have purchased our equipment from one of our distributors you need to return it to them for repair.

Change of Mind

Black Magic do not accept returns for change of mind, do not send back any items without talking to a staff member of Black Magic first. A restocking fee of 15% will be applied with any returns.

Spray Tanning Solution

Black Magic will not accept any tanning solution back. Please choose carefully.

Should you make an order and require it to be changed please contact BM HQ by telephone on 1800 469 006.

If you have not tried our products before we suggest that you try the sample size bottles first.

Incorrect Orders

Whilst every order shipped is checked and double checked from time to time a mistake can sneak through, if you have received an item that you didnt order please contact HQ on 1800469006, a replacement will be shipped out with a returns bag. Do not use the item or we will not be able to accept the return.

Address for Returns

All items need to be sent back to Unit 14/35 Foundry Rd Seven Hills NSW 2147, we advise that you should send back any items using Registered Post, if an item fails to make its way to HQ Black Magic will not be responsible for items missing in the post. Please allow acceptable time for your item to reach our HQ, in some cases it can be upto 10 business day.

Items that are approved to be sent back free of charge will be given an address that will offer this service 

Delivery Time for Products

Black Magic are not responsible for any loss of income due to missing or delayed orders.

Please ensure that you allow ample time for all orders to be received.

Pop Up Tents

All Pop up spray tan tents are individually checked prior to being packed into their boxes. Should the tent be damaged as a result of over bending it will not be covered under warranty. Bindings in tents are joined at the bottom of each tent by a special clipping. A 30 day grace period applies for any tents that have torn at any seams after this time there is no warranty
